Boxing Classes
Our Boxing program is designed to accommodate adults and children, both men and women of all levels and ages. Our class dynamic teaches the basic fundamentals of boxing, while also providing you with a great workout.
The program focuses on improving body composition, hand-eye coordination and cardiovascular health, as well as developing self-confidence and an awareness for self-defense.
Sparring is not incorporated in the classes, however if the participant wishes to spar, he or she may do so once the coach approves of their skill and experience.
Kickboxing Classes
Kickboxing is a martial art form that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Our kickboxing classes consist of full body cardiovascular movements set to fulfill your expectation of achieving your fitness or professional aspirations.
The kickboxing program will include challenging assessments and ongoing training during every stage of development.
